Hi, I'm Larry McAllister II (AKA LARRYTRON). I am an artist, graphic designer, photographer and project manager/art director.
This is my scrap book of inspiration. I love visual culture. Everything from graphic design and typography, to tattoos, to graffiti, to photography... clothes, cars, architecture, nature... all of it is inspiring.
Some of the images contained here belong to me and are tagged as such, all other work is credited whenever possible or has active click-through links to get to the original posting.

While I think it is great that people still do plastic casting and produce their own handmade dolls, I can’t help but find them creepy as all hell.
These weren’t even the creepiest dolls we saw at the folk festival…

At the Kutztown Folk Festival, I discovered that during the summer Santa Claus chills in rural Pennsylvania carving small statues and canes in his own image. Oh, and he wears nifty hats.

At the Kutztown Folk Festival we saw a man producing Hex Signs, a form of Pennsylvania Dutch Folk Art. I feel like this guy has been making them since the tradition started…

The Kutztown Folk Festival is a great experience. There are some many different things to see and experience. It really gives you a fell and taste of the Pennsylvania Dutch culture.
I’ll probably be posting pictures from the Festival for the next few days. Enjoy.
